CAPS has relocated to Sarasota, FL!

As many have heard Once On This Island is my last major production in in the Capital District.  My girls and I will be relocating to Sarasota, Florida in early October.  I will be taking CAPS with me and plan to share my talents and re-open in Florida in the future.
When I began CAPS 8 years ago there was very little opportunity for children in our local theater community.  My goal was to focus on children giving them a place to come and perform, have fun, learn and grow.  I think I have accomplished this, from our numerous Broadway workshops and trips, which include Wicked, Les Miserables, The Little Mermaid, Phantom of the Opera and HairSpray among others.  We have also brought Tony Award winning musical workshops to East Greenbush. These include Wicked, Legally Blonde and The Little Mermaid!  We were also the first to bring Tony Award winning composer and writer Jason Robert Brown to the Capital District.  We have staged over two dozen musicals and plays and worked with hundreds of children ages 5 and up from all over the region.  We even allowed the children to direct adults who are members of the local theater community in a production.  We have held summer camps and gone on group outings to local shows and have become a huge family here at CAPS.
This could not have happened without the support of our families and the local community.   I have worked with so many families for the past 8 years.  I cannot give enough thanks to everyone. I have watched the kids grow up over and am proud to have been a part of their lives and the lives of each and every single child who has participated in a CAPS production.  I love working the kids and it makes me smile to see them all on stage and watch their families be so proud of them.  I hope all of you continue to shine and always stay true to yourselves and your talents.
I will always be a call or an email away! I hope you will all keep in touch…. Send me your updates at   or give me a call when in Florida (we will have Disney season passes!)  (518) 788-1311.   All my love, till we meet again…

Always look on the bright side of life....
